Dive Knives need to be corrosion
resistant. Ocean water, especially, can be extremely corrosive. For this reason, Titanium is the optimum dive knife
material. But Stainless Steels have improved in their corrosion resistant
properties as well. Some divers prefer a blunt tipped knife, while others prefer a
traditional pointed blade. When diving, it may be a good idea
to carry a fixed blade dive knife as well as a folding dive knife for
